1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website and booking a tour or activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the “Customer”) and Nativio Travel regarding travel services within Muğla and surrounding regions.

2. Booking and Payments

• Digital Confirmation: Since we provide service-based products (tours, excursions, and activities), no physical delivery will be made to your address. Your booking confirmation, sent via email, serves as your official entry ticket.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in [Currency] and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

• Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The 24-Hour Rule: Customers are entitled to a refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity.

• Transaction Fees: Please be advised that while we authorize a refund for the service, non-refundable transaction fees or commissions charged by the payment provider (e.g., bank or payment gateway) may be deducted from the final refund amount.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour start time, or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point (“No-Show”), are strictly non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: In the event of weather conditions or safety concerns that lead to a cancellation by the tour operator, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
